Claire ran a series of sessions at Bedminster Family Practice in Bristol aimed at patients who felt that their general confidence could be improved by engaging in Creativity, particularly 35-60 year olds who experience anxiety, depression or feel socially isolated. The group worked on the theme of a ‘watery journey’, reading and writing poems. Evaluation included participants completing a MYCAW – Measure Yourself Concerns and Well-being questionnaire, pre-and post-course.
